Elizabeth (Betsy) Dellinger is currently part-owner and chief operating officer and general counsel of Ironhawk Industrial Distribution, a recent start-up distributor of snow removal and road maintenance wear parts located in Beachwood, Ohio. Dellinger also serves as outside general counsel and secretary to the board of Simplimatic Engineering Holdings, a Lynchburg, Virginia based manufacturer of material handling equipment. Prior to “taking the entrepreneurial leap”, Dellinger practiced business law for more than 20 years as a partner at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff and Baker Hostetler, both located in Cleveland. Her legal practice focused on entrepreneurial and middle market companies, capital formation, finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Dellinger received an Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Kenyon College with majors in political science and economics. She received a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University, where she was a merit scholar and a member of law review.
