Ann Conrad is the director of the one-year MBA and Master of Arts in management programs at Baldwin Wallace University. She is responsible for marketing and student recruitment for these exciting fifth-year programs. She also identifies professional mentors, internships and jobs for students in each graduate program.

Conrad teaches BUS 208 Introduction to Business in the undergraduate program and BUS 655 Applied Project for the one-year MBA. Additionally, she serves on two non-profit boards: Minds Matter of Greater Cleveland and Medina Creative Housing.  

Previously Conrad was the director of the undergraduate business programs at Baldwin Wallace University for nearly 10 years. In this role she provided oversight for 11 majors and 10 minors in the business school. She also managed a dual degree program between BW and FAE University in Curitiba, Brazil. Prior to this she worked in a variety of administrative roles including supporting the MBA admissions process.

Since arriving at Baldwin Wallace in 1997, Conrad has earned two degrees. Her Bachelor of Arts is in business administration with an emphasis in management. She graduated summa cum laude and earned a certificate in human resource management. While working toward her Master of Business Administration, she earned the project management professional (PMP) certification. She is a member of the BW Business Honor Society and Dayton C. Miller Honor Society.

Conrad is currently enrolled at Kent State University pursing a doctorate in higher education administration.
