2024-25 FAFSA Update

Notice: Despite changes to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the resulting delays by the U.S. Department of Education, the FAFSA form is now available and BW is now packaging financial aid! Aid packages will appear on a student's self-service (My Records) portal.

Fall 2024 Start
August 1, 2023
Students may begin their application for fall 2024 admission to BW.
November 1, 2023
First-year priority application deadline that gives students additional consideration for admission and scholarships.
Deadline to participate in November auditions for the Conservatory of Performing Arts and/or acting BFA program. Students need to have submitted their audition fee by this date, though auditions are on a first-come basis and many audition dates fill well in advance.
December 2023
Students may begin filing their FAFSA application for financial aid.
December 1, 2023
Deadline for fall 2024 students to have visited campus and qualify for the BW Visit Grant.
December 11, 2023
Fall Conservatory audition and acting BFA decision date. Students who have completed their application and audition for one or more Conservatory programs and/or the acting BFA program will begin receiving admission decisions by email.
January 31, 2024
Conservatory application and audition fee deadline to audition in February 2024. Audition slots assigned on a first-come basis and many audition dates fill well in advance.

March 5, 2024
Spring Conservatory and acting BFA audition decisions. Students who have completed their application and audition will begin receiving admission decisions by email.
April 2024
Due to government FAFSA delays, students who have filed the FAFSA will begin receiving their financial aid packages in April.
June 15, 2024
Revised first-year priority deposit deadline for fall 2024 enrollment. Please note: Deposits are refundable until the June 15 priority deposit deadline but not thereafter.
July 1, 2024
Student deadline to submit final high school transcript if attending BW for fall 2024.
August 1, 2024
Transfer application deadline for August orientation session.
August 26, 2024
The start of classes. First-year application and transfer application deadline for fall 2024 enrollment.
