B-W's own, award winning food service department has been serving conference groups for years. Managed by College personnel, and housed in the Strosacker College Union, the Food Service Department has consistently received rave reviews from all of the College's constituencies: students, faculty, staff, alumni, the local community, and conference visitors. Various types of conference food service needs can be met including refreshments breaks, cafeteria style meals, hors d'oeuvres receptions, served banquets, boxed lunches and dinners, and late night snacks. The Food Service Staff prides itself not only with the products prepared but with the efficiency of the distribution of the food items selected. We know that food service is an important requirement for any conference stay.
