What was your biggest mistake as a first year student? What did you learn from that experience?
My biggest mistake as a first year student was not getting involved around campus. I feel like I missed out on a lot of good opportunities and even the chance to make a lot of good friendships. I have learned that it's good to be involved, because it puts you in a position to learn a lot of good skills, and in a position to improve the organization you're involved in.
How did you choose your major?
I have been a Public Relations since I came to Baldwin Wallace. However, I picked up my Marketing major after taking an introductory marketing class with Lori Radulavich. She sparked my interest in the more creative side of business, whether it is research and development or advertising.
What has been you best experience at BW so far?
My best experience at BW so far has been my experience with my fraternity. I have made some of the best friends of my life within the organization and Greek life in general, and it has opened up a lot of doors for me to be involved.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is without a doubt the Cyber cafe. No matter when I'm down there, I run into someone I know and have great conversations.
What movie star would play the role of you in a movie? Why?
Ryan Gosling would play me in a movie. He's a great actor, and I wouldn't want to be played by someone who is mediocre.
What was the best advice given to you by your parents or family members during your first year?
The best advice given to me was probably to make the best of the experience, and don't be afraid to take chances.
