Changing Your Orientation Date

If you find that you need to change your Orientation Session date, you can request a change through out web site.  You can also call the Orientation Office at 440/826-2356.  Changes will be made according to availability.  We do have a limit on the number of students attending each session.  We will contact you to confirm whether or not the change was possible. 

This form is only to be used to request a CHANGE to your orientation date.  NOT to reserve a session.  Thanks.
