The Emerging Leaders Retreat (ELR) is an off-campus, overnight event held during the fall semester and geared towards first and second year students.

Distinguished Leaders Conference
A conference for junior and senior students, which aims to assist participants in moving from the mindset of an undergraduate student to that of a graduate through speakers, workshops, and an etiquette luncheon.

Apply for an Executive Board Position
Applications are now available for an Executive Board position in Leaders Striving For Success. Students can apply for Student Director, Treasurer, or Communications Chair. To be eligible, students must have been a part of the Leadership Series, or held a committee position for either the Emerging Leaders Retreat or Distinguished Leaders Conference.

Applications are now available for a Committee Chair position in Leaders Striving For Success. We are looking for up to 4 people to chair next year's Emerging Leaders Retreat, up to 2 people to chair the monthly "Be" Programs,and up to 2 people to chair next year's Distinguished Leaders Conference.

The "Be Programs" committee plans smaller scale leadership programs throughout the year, all while learning the "Tricks and Trades" of being a leader at BW. Open to all students!
