Residence Life

IRHC is a representative body of students from all Residence Halls on campus. Any resident who wants to be involved in the organization only needs to show up at a meeting! Why should you show up? Without fresh and new ideas, IRHC can not grow. You can also emerge as a campus leader, help plan campus events, help get issues in your hall brought to the attention of Residence Life, travel to conferences at other schools across the nation, and meet a lot of really great people.  You can be a part of all of this, all you need to do is show up!

Opportunities for leadership exist within IRHC as well. The executive board is elected by the general body and consists of the following positions:

Director of Activities and Conferences
Director of Business and Finances
Director of Public Relationships and Recruitment

To tie all of this together into a total learning and growing experience, IRHC is advised by professional and graduate level staff from the Office of Residence Life. The advisors help the organization make decisions, work with the students on any and all projects, and drive the vans to all of those conferences. Currently, the advisors are Robin Gagnow (Director of Residence Life), Todd Heft (Area Coordinator) and Alicia Monday (Hall Director).
