The Berea Townhouse Apartment complex is located on the south end of campus on Bridge Street. The Townhouses have convenient parking on the back sides of the apartment complex. The Townhouses are steps away from the Boesel Musical Arts Complex, as well as the Berea Post Office, the Berea Library and downtown Berea. The back of the apartments overlook Coe lake.
