Harding, the home of our Sustainable Living community, offers a shared community to students with a mind towards reducing their environmental footprint. From the building's design using environmentally sound materials and techniques, to the lifestyle of the residents including a garden, indoor bike storage and a shared commitment towards sustainable living, this building offers a supportive community to its green-minded residents.
Harding's features also include energy use monitoring that residents can see, an indoor bike storage facility to encourage bike riding instead of driving, a partially vegetative roof, and building materials and design that allow for LEED Certification.
