B-W Bias Incident/Hate Crime Report

If you have been a victim of a bias incident or hate crime, or have witnessed a situation, please use this submission form to report the incident.  If the incident is ongoing or if there is physical evidence pertaining to the incident (e.g. graffiti, a letter, etc.), please call Safety and Security immediately at (440) 826.2336. Do not tamper with any evidence: e.g. keep the voice mail messages or e-mail messages; do not wash away any graffiti; do not clean or touch vandalism, etc.
 
When you report these situations, you can include your name or submit the information anonymously. However, remaining anonymous can make it more difficult to thoroughly investigate the situation(s). Be aware that the Baldwin-Wallace College is sensitive to and upholds confidentiality in every situation/case.
