Thank you for your interest in a campus apartment for 2012-2013.  If you are ready to submit your application and do not need any further information, you can proceed to the application.

2012-2013 Apartment Application

Your application is for the entire 2012-2013 academic year.  The application must be filled out in its entirety and is due Monday, February 20, 2012 by 8:00 am.  All contact regarding the apartment selection process will be made via your B-W e-mail address.

Students wishing to live in campus apartments are required to meet the following criteria:

• Must be a current, full-time B-W Student
• Must have lived in campus housing for two years or commuted for two years (or a two-year combination of both)
• Must be 21 years of age by September 30, 2012 OR ask their current Hall Director to submit a reference form (HDs have the form)
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.30

Please note the following:

• Student Conduct records will be considered in this process.  If you have a Student Conduct history, please consider using the "Additional Information" question to submit a statement addressing your Student Conduct file as it applies to this application.
• ONE APPLICATION PER STUDENT must be submitted, not one application per apartment group!

Your application will be checked and scored, averaged with your roommate(s)' application(s) and ranked for apartment selection order.  Higher scoring application groups will have first choices of apartments at apartment selection on March 13, 2012.  Apartment Selection letters will have more information regarding this process.  Applications will be assigned points as follows:

February 27 (week of...): Apartment Selection Letters Distributed
March 5-9: Spring Break
March 13 (Tuesday): Apartment Selection
March 20 (Tuesday): Apartment Contracts Due 
April 15 (Sunday): Room Draw
