Saturday of Service

Saturday of Service is typically BW's largest service event of the year!

BW students, faculty, and staff contributed 450 hours of service to the community through Saturday of Service 2012. Tasks included everything from distributing food at a hunger center, to pulling weeds, to assisting with the building of a new mountain bike trail in the Cleveland Metroparks.

Join us for Saturday of Service 2013 on November 2nd!

This Saturday, BW community members will rake leaves for Berea residents who are seniors or disabled, pack bags and serve clients at a food pantry,  put the finishing touches on a sensory room at the Cuyahoga County Board of DD, and more!

Saturday of service is open to BW students, faculty, staff, and alumni.  Children of BW community members are welcome to participate if they are 14 or older and accompanied by the parent.

A light continental breakfast is provided for the morning shift and a light snack for the afternoon shift.
