Community partners are an essential part of Project Affinity.  We thank you for your interest in the program. Please review our Community Partner Presentation for additional information prior to submitting the interest form below.

Project Affinity interns will serve at their individual service sites on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
