West Side Catholic Center Weekly Service Program
Tuesdays 4:00-7:00 p.m. Program will resume in Fall 2012.
OCO has a long history of working with West Side Catholic Center, a not-for-profit organization that has been serving Clevelanders for more than 30 years. Our students serve at the women and children's shelter, where they help to prepare a meal to share with the families. Once the meal is prepared, B-W students often have the opportunity to help the kids with their homework, play games and/or interact with the mothers. West Side Catholic Center and OCO staff value the importance of forming relationships between shelter residents and B-W students. Eating together is an integral part of the program that enables students and residents to get to know one another.
