Alternative Break Trips
Service is the central purpose of an Alternative Break trip. Students engage in direct or hands-on projects and activities that address critical needs as identified by our community partners.
Community interaction during service projects and throughout the week is highly encouraged. Service will vary depending on the social issue, non-profit partners and location but can range from physical labor (i.e. hurricane recovery work in the Gulf region) to working directly with children (i.e. serving at Give Kids the World Village in Kissimmee, Florida).
