The AWB group traveled to Jacksonville, Florida and served at several sites through the First Presbyterian Urban Mission Program. Their service involved sorting clothes at two warehouses including one called Dignity-U-Wear. They built houses with the Jacksonville chapter of Habitat for Humanity. They also served meals at the Clara White Mission, helped organize the Second Harvest Food Bank, did yard work and decorated for Christmas at Angelwood, a residential group home for girls. Learning about human dignity, “the group had a fantastic, service-filled week and left impacted by those they served.” - Erin Flynn, Site Leader
