The group traveled to Washington, DC and served at various sites. The first site was Martha’s Table where the group organized food cabinets that families in need are able to “shop” for food items. The group also served at SOME (So Others May Eat) where they served breakfast to approximately 300 people. The third site was Capital Area Food Bank, where the group prepared food that was distributed through the D.C. area. The last service site was Shalom Place, the hostel where the group stayed. The group helped to assemble furniture for the hostel’s homeless center. Click here for more ATB pictures.
