The Alternative Break experience provides B-W students with the opportunity to break from the norm and spend their college break serving with other students. Alternative Break trips are a great way to make a difference, travel to another area, learn new skills, and meet people with similar interests. Alternative Break is about service, reflection, teamwork and fun.
OCO had another successful year with Alternative Break trips. Information about trips held during the 2010-2011 academic year is available - 2010 Thanksgiving, 2010 Winter, 2011 Spring and 2011 Summer.
The Student Leadership Team planned exciting trips for the 2011-2012 Alternative Break season. Alternative Thanksgiving and Winter trips have already occured. The selection process for Spring trips is completed. Information for the 2012 Summer break trip is now available.
