Dr. Dutchess R. Jones graduated from East Tennessee State University Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Psychology.  She holds graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she studied Sport Psychology and Cultural Studies in Education (Master’s and Doctorate, respectively).  She currently serves as Director of Multicultural Student Services at Baldwin-Wallace College.     

 

 

Ibrahima Diagne graduated from the University of Dakar, with a Bachelor in English. After his Master’s degree in American Literature & Civilizations, Ibrahima taught English in High School. He also worked as a translator for the Christian Children Fund in Dakar. Mr. Diagne has taught English and French in Gabon (Central Africa) for three years. In 2006, he graduated with a Master’s degree in Linguistics and ESL Teaching from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, where he taught English as a Second Language. Ibrahima is currently pursuing his MBA in International Management at Baldwin-Wallace College. Ibrahima serves as Hall Director of Kohler and Student Advisor at the Black Cultural Center. He is also the Graduate Assistant for Multicultural Student Services.
