American Choral Directors Association (ACDA)

American String Teachers' Association (A.S.T.A.)

The purpose of A.S.T.A., open to any student interested in playing or teaching string instruments, is to promote string instruments in the college and community by sponsoring and participating in workshops and performances.  For more information contact asta@bw.edu.

Ars Nova

Ars Nova is a welcoming music theatre community that fosters the relationship between the professional theatrical community and Baldwin-Wallace College pre-professional students through education provided by guest artists from the professional field.

Art Attack Club

The purpose of Art Attack club is to attract and orient students to the area of studio and visual arts and to facilitate knowledge in the field, which will be advantageous to future goals relating to a career in the visual arts or further study.

Arts Management Association (AMA)

The Arts Management Association (AMA) at Baldwin-Wallace College provides professional development opportunities for its members in all areas of the arts (art, dance, music, theatre) as well as both not-for-profit and for-profit arts management topics.

Cleveland Student Music Therapists (CSMT)

The purpose of CSMT, open to all music therapy majors within the Cleveland Music Therapy Consortium, is to provide a forum in which students may share their ideas about music therapy and to promote unity among the students.  For more information contact musictherapy@yahoo.com.

Conservatory Student Council

This organization serves as a liaison between the Conservatory student body and the Conservatory faculty and administration and also sponsors events that introduce music and musicians to the College community. 

Ohio Collegiate Music Education Association (OCMEA)

The mission of OCMEA is to provide professional development in the field of music education.

Student National Association of Teachers of Singing (SNATS)

SNATS strives to advance the knowledge about National Association of Teachers of Singing and the professions of teaching and singing.  SNATS represents future music educators' needs and wants in regards to furthering student knowledge and awareness of vocal scholarship, science and teaching practices.

Theatre Arts and Performance (TAP)

The purpose of TAP is to support student theatre artists and those interested in theatre on the Baldwin-Wallace College campus; to inform students of events and opportunities in theatre; to maintain an open forum for student ideas and projects; and to raise awareness of theatrical events both on and off campus.

United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT)

Advisor: Jeff HerrmannThe B-W student chapter of USITT is committed to strengthening the skills of our technical theatre students while carrying out the mission of the national organization.  The United States Institute for Theatre Technology, Inc. connects performing arts design and technology communities to ensure a vibrant dialogue among practitioners, educators, and students.
