Have as many of your organization members, hall residents, or teammates as possible attend the Pep Rally on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 9pm in Ursprung Gymnasium.  Your group is asked to sit together during the Pep Rally.  A sign/banner/Greek Letters/etc. indicating the name of your group, and displayed by the organization during the Pep Rally, would be most appreciated by the judges for easy recognition.

When it is time for the contest, the judges will announce each registered group individually.  When you hear your organization's name called, that is your cue to demonstrate your school spirit.  You can yell, cheer, sing, etc. to show your BW pride!

The winner of the Spirit Contest will be determined by:

  • Creativity
  • Enthusiasm
  • Good Sportsmanship (i.e., no vulgarity or booing other groups)
  • Respect of Presenters, Performers, Other Organizations
  • School Spirit

Design a t-shirt to be judged before the 2015 Pep Rally on Thursday, October 8th.  One representative from each participating organization will be asked to come to the Ursprung Gymnasium at 8:30pm so the judges can review and score each design.

The winning design will be announced during the Pep Rally, which will begin at 9 pm.

T-shirt designs will be judged on:

  • Creativity
  • Good Sportsmanship (i.e., no vulgarity)
  • Neatness/Readability
  • Relation to Theme ("Puncture the Pioneers")
