*Student pay checks are issued on the first Friday, following the end of each pay period. Paychecks can be picked up at the Cashier's Office (first floor Bonds Administration Building) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Proper I.D. is required.
SEC offers the option of *Direct Deposit to the student's personal bank account. Direct Deposit paystubs are sent by campus mail to the student's Residence Hall address. Commuter paystubs are sent to the home address.
Students may request the Cashier's Office to credit the student's tuition account with an automatic payment by completing an authorization form.
During break times (including summer) students may have their last school-year check mailed to their home address by providing a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Cashier's Office.
All student pay is subject to RITA (Berea city) State (Ohio) and Federal income taxes. Applicable taxes will automatically be deducted from the pay of all student workers. Wages are subject to FICA taxes during break times of more than 5 weeks (summer).
