Group Fitness Aerobic Classes

Group Fitness Class Schedule Spring Semester 2015

Classes sponsored by Recreational Sports and Services

 

Group Fitness classes are taught on a drop in basis.  Classes are located as indicated on the schedule.  All classes except Insanity & Zumba are held in the Lou Higgins Rec Center. 

Please note that Insanity and Zumba are held in the Student Activities Center (SAC).  We apologize for changes in the class schedule due to a lack of facility space.   Zumba will return to T/TH evenings after spring break and Insanity will again be on M/W in the rec .

Please be sure to bring a change of shoes for all class participation.  Classes are free and open to Baldwin Wallace University students, faculty and staff. 
No Pilates class or Insanity class held on Martin Luther King Day.
