Summer 2008 Aerobics

Summer 2008 Group Fitness / Aerobic Classes Offered at the Lou Higgins Center

Sponsored by B-W Recreational Sports and Services

                                           


All classes are held in The Lou Higgins Center. 
Classes are "Drop-in" on a first come first serve basis.
                                   

 

Classes are free to students and are on a drop-in basis.  No registration is necessary for students.  Faculty/Staff and Spouses are welcome to join any class on a drop-in basis, but registration is required prior to attending class, and there is a $10 fee.  Please email Christine at  ccancian@bw.edu or call x2283.  

       

Mondays Kickboxing with Denise 4:45-5:45 pm
Tuesdays Pilates with Denise 12-12:45 pm
Thursdays Pilates with Denise 12-12:45 pm
Thursdays Water Aerobics W/ Christine

5-6 pm

Tuesdays Water Aerobics W/ Christine 5-6 pm

Please complete a registration form to participate in classes.   Classes are open to Baldwin-Wallace students, faculty, staff and spouse.

*Water aerobics - Be kind to your joints and add a little cross training to your workout routine!

       

Classes are designed for all levels of fitness and do not require previous experience in group fitness or aerobics.  Join us for an exciting & fun way to get in shape.  Our trained instructors will keep you moving and motivated with these amazing new classes!  All classes are open to males and females.  Drop in and try out the latest techniques for staying healthy & fit!  Please direct all questions by email to ccancian@bw.edu.
