Group Fitness Aerobic Classes

Group Fitness Class Schedule Spring Semester 2015

Classes sponsored by Recreational Sports and Services

 

Group Fitness classes are taught on a drop in basis. 
Classes are located as indicated on the schedule. 
All classes are held in the Lou Higgins Rec Center.

Please be sure to bring a change of shoes for all class participation.  Classes are free and open to Baldwin Wallace University students, faculty and staff.   
Bootcamp has been cancelled Tuesday/Thursday at noon.
