Procurement will be made on the best terms and overall cost consistent with an appropriate level of quality.  Acquisitions will be made on a competitive basis maximizing value for each dollar expended.  We will give fair and impartial consideration to all interested suppliers, who can meet the requirements of the University in terms of quantity, quality, delivery and service.

Visitors are welcome! While appointments are not necessary, you are advised to make an appointment to be sure that the buyer will be available.
