Area of Responsibility: I am responsible for providing microcomputer support to students, faculty and staff; including management of the Help Desk, computer labs, hardware/software purchases and installation, microcomputer desktop support and special projects such as ResNet and Resource25. Biography: I began working as a staff member at Baldwin-Wallace College in April, 1985. I began as a Production Assistant and went on to become a Microcomputer Coordinator, Asst. Manager of User Services and in 2000, I became the Manager of User Services. I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. As a student I worked for 3 years in the Computer Center, as it was known then before being hired as a staff member. Contact Information:
