General Information
The IT HelpDesk handles all technology problem calls from the faculty, staff and students. Please report your concerns with computer equipment, software, printer, email, and administrative systems to the Help Desk.
The HelpDesk operator will log the call into the Remedy© database and determine the proper course of action. When required, a HelpDesk technician will be assigned to resolve the problem. All calls are logged and tracked so we can document resolutions for all problem issues and create a point-of-reference for future problem calls. This helps us provide the most effective support from our technicians to the end-users throughout the campus.
Contacting the HelpDesk
The HelpDesk is located at 20 Beech Street and is staffed Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 7:00pm, Fridays, 7:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 8:00am to noon.
