User Services is responsible for any needs related to a B-W computer. Whether you are faculty, staff or student, we strive to make sure you can use the computers to do the work required of you. This includes overseeing all student labs and employee computers. We also assist Network Services in making sure resident students can connect their computers to the B-W network. Any software or hardware request, including upgrades for College computers must be approved and installed by User Services. When service is required, the Help Desk can assist you.
