Please check that your telephone cord is plugged into the blue or orange jack in your room.  The ivory jack is the data port for your computer.  If you continue to experience a problem after you have done the above please call the telephone repair line at (440) 826-6990. State the problem in as much detail as possible and include the following information, name, telephone number, building and room number.

Urgent telephone repairs should be reported directly to the campus operator by dialing "0".
