When the repair of telephone service, voicemail or telephone equipment is needed, please call the telephone repair line at (440) 826-6990. State the problem in as much detail as possible and include the following information, name, telephone number, department, building and room, etc. Urgent telephone repairs should be reported directly to the campus operator by dialing "0". Ancillary equipment problems should be directed to the Telecommunications Manager.
