This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft© products listed below, which shall be referred to collectively herein as the “software.” Software is made available to you because Baldwin-Wallace College has purchased license coverage for the software through the Microsoft© Campus Agreement Subscription effective September, 2006. Baldwin-Wallace College is extending to you the right to use this software for campus-related purposes at home. You are not licensed to use the software at home for personal purposes. You do not own the license or the CDs; rather, you are authorized to use the software and associated media pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement during the license period beginning September, 2006 and ending September, 2007. You will be required to remove the software from your home computer immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes your termination of employment at Baldwin-Wallace College or (b) expiration of the Campus Agreement Subscription term. Only faculty and staff members with exclusive use of a computer at their desk are eligible. Non-knowledge workers (e.g., maintenance, groundskeepers, cafeteria, and mailroom) who were not included in the Full-Time Equivalent calculation when the Agreement was signed are ineligible for Work-at-Home Use Rights.
Baldwin-Wallace College maintains a Volume License Key that allows multiple installations of the software. This Volume License Key will be distributed to faculty/staff as needed for installation of software on designated computers. As a holder of this Volume License Key, you are required to keep it secure and are responsible for any unauthorized use of your institution’s unique Volume License Key.
Microsoft© Work-At-Home Use Rights have been granted to you by Baldwin-Wallace College for the following product(s):
