Quick Cards
Information Technology provides detailed support for students, faculty and staff through Quick Cards, CD’s and web-based tutorials. These materials provide thorough step-by-step instructions for campus technology resources such as the Yellow Jacket Portal, student e-mail, campus computer labs, telephones and more.
Each incoming student is provided with the Interactive Guide to Student Computing, a CD designed to introduce you to the many technology resources available at BW.
All of these resources are available on the Training tab of the Yellow Jacket Portal.
