Repair Policy for Personal (Home) Computers

Due to liability concerns, the diversity of equipment, and time constraints, the Information Technology HelpDesk DOES NOT repair, maintain, or configure any computers personally-owned by College employees.  The HelpDesk may be contacted for limited advice or questions on hardware and College-supported software for personally-owned computers, but holds no liability for the decisions made by the individual owner.  The IT HelpDesk can be reached at (440) 826-7000.
