FERPA, the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, identifies the rights of students and their families with respect to student educational records kept by institutions. As part of the requirements of FERPA, B-W has a Policy on Confidentiality of Student Records. B-W Employees requesting Colleague access to educational records must read the Policy and Guidelines below, then print the FERPA Agreement Form and forward it to the Office of Registration and Records.
