Game consoles that connect to the Internet such as the Sony PlayStation, Nintendo, Microsoft Xbox can be connected to the B-W Residential Network.
Before you can get your game system online, you are required to register your system at http://resnet.bw.edu/gameregister.html. You will need to supply your console’s MAC address, which is its unique identifier on the network. If you do not know how to find your system’s MAC address, you can find a link to instructions at this address as well.
When network connectivity has been enabled for your system, you will receive a confirmation message through e-mail from our Networking department. Please allow two or three days to receive this message.
Please understand that the network is designed for academic pursuits and this has precedence over recreational uses on the network.
