Equipment Repair
The Educational Technology Department should be notified immediately when equipment is malfunctioning. Please be as specific as possible with regard to the nature of the problem in order to expedite repairs. In the event repair time will be extensive, Educational Technology will attempt to supply replacement equipment.
With the exception of damage caused by mishandling, departments will not be charged for equipment repair.
Please Note: Educational Technology will not repair equipment that is not the property of Baldwin Wallace University.
