Audio/Video Equipment Loans
The Educational Technology Department will deliver and pick up equipment to faculty whenever possible. Deliveries are made on a daily basis. It is necessary to make requests for the loan of equipment and delivery (if needed) at least one week prior to the date required. Such requests should be submitted in writing. Note: In the event there is no designated secure storage area in a building where equipment is to be delivered, it is imperative that an individual be present to receive equipment.
IMPORTANT! If you are requesting equipment for an event at The Strosacker Union, The Student Activities Center or the Center for Innovation and Growth, you must contact Mary Henry @ x2341. The Media Services Department is not responsible for these areas!
Generally speaking, equipment will be loaned for one week. Under extenuating circumstances, arrangements must be made in advance to keep equipment longer than one week.

- Boom Boxes
- Data Projectors
- Digital Cameras
- Digital Camcorders
- Digital Voice Recorders
- Laptop Computers (PC). These computers shall be loaned to faculty & staff only.
- Portable PA System
- Portable Projection Screens
- Tripods
Please Note: The Department cannot loan equipment for non-academic use. All equipment remains the property of the Educational Technology Department. It is expected that it shall be returned in the condition in which it was loaned. Please report accidental damage immediately.
