Faculty & Staff Training
Educational Technology Services in cooperation with Human Resources offers faculty and staff a comprehensive training program focused on:
- New Employee Technology Orientation
- Just-In-Time support
- Online learning opportunities
- Live instructor-led classes
Support tools and training are focused on resources such as Blackboard, Microsoft Office tools and campus technology tools. Training for department-specific software and training needs can be coordinated through the Training Coordinator, Kingsley Magpoc. Training in the use of hardware and media devices such as scanners, video cameras, digital cameras, and sound recording devices is also available as needed.
