Educational Technology Services The Educational Technology Services Department provides faculty support for the implementation of technology in the teaching and learning process at the ITec (Instructional Technology Education Center) located in the basement of the SAC. The department also oversees administration of the Blackboard Learning System and operation of the multimedia labs. Other services include training, webcasting, and streaming media.
In addition, the department maintains all multimedia equipment used in campus classrooms and labs and supports requests from Baldwin-Wallace faculty, staff, and students for various types of multimedia equipment.
