Electronic Publication Policy

  1. The quality and content of information published on the World Wide Web has an impact on the image and reputation of Baldwin-Wallace College and must be consistent with the College's mission.
  2. The use of Baldwin-Wallace College web resources is a privilege, not a right. It can be revoked if abused or used in violation of College policies.
  3. Publishing on the World Wide Web must comply with local, state, and federal laws as well as the stated policies of Baldwin-Wallace College.
  4. Information from individuals might not be reviewed prior to posting. However, if a representative of the College questions the content of an individual page,the College reserves the right to remove such information pending due campus process.
  5. World wide communication and methods of exchanging information are changing rapidly. The College reserves the right to develop supplemental policies as the need arises.
