STUDENT ORGANIZATIONSStudent organizations may apply for a debit account card for their organization through the I.D. Office. The card account may be opened or added to by a check payable to Baldwin-Wallace College, cash, transfer by departmental account number or debiting each members individual I.D. account a designated dollar amount. The total amount requested will be applied to the organization's I.D. and can be used at most POS readers that accepts the B-W I.D. Once an account is opened the balance is non-refundable. The balance is carried over from year to year for continued use by the organization. Organizations must print and complete the form below, then send the completed form to the I.D. Office for processing. Additional forms may be obtained through the I.D. Office.
