Contact the ID Office during business hours at 440-826-2410. After business hours and weekends contact: B-W Safety and Security Department at 440-826-2336. Also, a lost I.D. card may be de-activated through the card holder's
B-W portal; My Jacket Express Account and Card.
The card holder must go to the I.D. Office in person to reactivate or replace a lost card. A $10 fee is charged for a replacement card. Once a replacement card is requested the lost card is invalid, even if found.
