Lost ID
If you lose your card: IMMEDIATELY...
Contact the ID Office during business hours at 440-826-2410. After business hours and weekends contact: BW Safety and Security Department at 440-826-2336.
The card holder must go to the I.D. Office in person during business hours to reactivate or replace a lost card. A student may have their current ID card re-activated by BW Safety and Security Department during evenings or weekends when the ID Office is closed. A $10 fee is charged for a replacement card. Once a replacement card is requested the lost card is invalid, even if found.
