Desciption - Phase 3 of a 4 phase project will be taking place at the east elevation which will include tuck pointing. This is important in order to keep the buildings exterior structural integrity intact. Also the tower (Cupola) will undergo restoration. Please use caution if in the area as large pieces of equipment are needed in order to complete these tasks.
