UNIDOS
PURPOSE
The purpose of UNIDOS is to further the personal and professional development of its members consequently impacting the experience offered by Baldwin-Wallace College community. UNIDOS works with persons and/or organizations interested in creating and maintaining an environment conducive to racial and ethnic diversity at the college. UNIDOS shall accomplish this through the following objectives (an abbreviated list):
- Serve as a support network for B-W Latino faculty, staff and students.
- Assist the college to recruit and retain Latino faculty, staff and students.
- Work collaboratively with other on and off-campus organizations that promote diversity.
- Serve as a liaison to local Latino community organizations, agencies and businesses.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to all persons employed by B-W who share the philosophy in promoting the interest, activities and goals of UNIDOS.
