Sustainability Commitment and Growth at BW
Participation in the annual RecycleMania competition is part of BW’s ongoing efforts to advance sustainability on and off-campus, including programs to promote energy conservation, conversion to clean energy sources, waste reduction, recycling, and composting.
A leader in sustainability programming as well, BW launched the Ohio's first undergraduate major in sustainability in 2008 and now offers an MBA in sustainability, along with community consulting services through the Institute for Sustainable Business Practice (ISBP) and the Sustainability Clinic.
RecycleMania is a friendly competition that promotes waste reduction among colleges and universities across the US and Canada. The final results for the eight-week competition, which ran through March 29, were recently tallied announced.
