Brass Choir Concert Conducted by John Brndiar
The Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music presents its Brass Choir, conducted by John Brndiar, on Sunday, February 12, at 7 p.m. in the Fynette H. Kulas Chamber Music Hall, 96 Front St., Berea. The event is free and open to the public.
The concert will include music for both large and small brass ensembles, featuring Hindemith's Morgenmusik, Wuensch's Music for Seven Brass, and works by Telemann, J.S. Bach, and others.
Brndiar has studied with Bernard Adelstein, James Darling, Mary Squire, and Charles Schlueter. He currently holds positions as principal trumpet in the Cleveland Chamber Symphony and second trumpet in the Opera Cleveland. Mr. Brndiar also performs as an extra trumpet in The Cleveland Orchestra.
