BW Tops Ohio Colleges for Academic All-America Accolades

Six BW student-athletes were selected this year as CAPITAL ONE Academic All-Americans. They are among 83 Yellow Jacket student-athletes over the years who have earned Academic All-America accolades–more than any other OAC institution and the second most of any small college in the state of Ohio.

Since the program began in 1970, 83 Yellow Jacket student-athletes have earned Academic All-America accolades. This figure is more than any other OAC (Ohio Athletic Conference) institution and the second most of any small college in Ohio.

“BW has a long-standing tradition and heritage of excellence in academics and athletics,” said BW fourth-year Athletic Director Kris A. Diaz. “The numbers and facts display the College’s commitment to its student-athletes."
