Finances

A college education is an investment that you make in yourself.

You can determine what your charges will be by looking at the tuition chart. Carefully note that tuition charges during the academic year are determined by whether you are part-time or full-time and by whether the courses are during the day or evenings/weekends/online. The summer rate is per credit regardless of which courses you take that term.

Looking for the library fee, the technology fee, the general use fee, the you-got-to-be-kidding-me fee?  BW doesn't have those! The only additional costs are books and a very reasonable parking pass. Some courses have a fee, such as a supply fee for a studio art course, but these are clearly marked at the time of registration so that you can decide if that's a course you want to take.

To apply for financial aid, you must:

  1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), designating Baldwin Wallace University (code 003014) as a recipient of your FAFSA results.
  2. Submit BW's Enrollment Worksheet for Adult Students

Both the FAFSA and the Enrollment Worksheet need to be filed annually. The financial aid year runs summer-fall-spring.

If you have tuition reimbursement from your employer, you can opt to take advantage of the Tuition Reimbursement Payment Plan (TRPP).
