The Organizational Leadership major integrates courses from across disciplines to stimulate both critical and creative thinking.  This combination of the broad liberal arts perspective and practical business orientation provides the framework necessary for managing and leading in today's team-based organizations.  The adult degree completion program offers courses in accelerated and traditional formats, evenings and Saturdays, in areas of leadership, management, communications, human relations and group dynamics, social and behavioral sciences, research and data analysis.
