Financial Aid for Transfer Students

 CHECKLIST FOR MIDYEAR TRANSFER STUDENTS 
 (Avoid having to go into early loan repayment!)

If you are a transfer student applying for financial aid at Baldwin-Wallace College and you are currently attending another institution where aid was received, you must complete certain forms in order to retain aid eligibility. The list below is a guide to help you in the process:

  1. DUPLICATE STUDENT AID REPORT
    A duplicate student aid report (SAR) can be obtained by contacting the federal processor  at (319) 337-5665. The Baldwin-Wallace College federal school code is 003014.
     
  2. OHIO INSTRUCTIONAL GRANT
    Please contact the Financial Aid Office for information.
     
  3. OHIO STUDENT CHOICE GRANT
    This form is completed by the student and submitted to the current school for completion. (This only applies if you are transferring from a private school.) 

Please be advised that not every student is eligible for each of the programs listed.
